I live in New England with my husband and have had all my kidney issues handled at Massachusetts General Hospital. I am very grateful to my team of doctors, nurses, coordinators, and staff for taking me down my path to good health. And with the love of my husband, son, mom, and family, I am forever grateful. And what would I have done without my wonderful friend, Pete Phildius, who led the charge for Team Diane! Thank you, thank you, thank you, everyone of you! If you would like to talk to me, please send me an e-mail with your phone number and I will return the call. Otherwise, please use my e-mail address below. Remember, do not get downtrodden. I picked up a quote along the way on the Donate Life website www.donatelife.net that I found very inspirational.

Please feel free to contact me as I am very willing to share information about my illness and transplant. I have recovered extremely well from the surgery and am leading an active life once again with friends & family.
I am still marching to the drummer of life, anticipating what a wonderful tomorrow will bring. |

Dear Friends,
I want to thank very much the wonderful people that helped my daughter. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank the donor family that gave Diane the “gift of life”. My prayers were answered. It was a miracle indeed. God bless you.
Gratefully yours,
Ruth Sellars (age 90)
